Participate in a Bracing Survey

Please help us understand your experience with brace treatment for Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH). We need your participation if your child used a harness, brace, or other treatment equipment for hip dysplasia. This survey was developed by Kishore Mulpuri, MD from the British Columbia Children’s Hospital with input from IHDI. We want to hear your thoughts on ease of use, level of satisfaction, and overall quality of life during your child’s treatment.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The information collected will help us learn more about areas of concern, and how we can improve the overall experience for families in the future.

Please click the link below to complete the survey:

Answering this survey is voluntary and there are no penalties if you do not want to participate. All information gathered from the survey will contain no identifiable information and will not be linked back to you.

Thank you for your participation!
